By completing the attached enrollment form, you can enroll in automatic payments made directly from the account you designate. Quarterly dues will be debited automatically from your account between the 10th and 14th of the month in which payment is due.
2022 Regular Board Meetings
Board meetings in 2022 are March 31, 2022, June 1, 2022, October 13, 2022. The Budget Ratification meeting will be held in November, date TBD. All Board meetings are held at 6:00 pm unless otherwise posted. Owners wishing to listen in on these virtual meetings should request a Zoom link no earlier than 7 days before the meeting.
The Terrace Homeowners Association (B)
The Terrace Homeowners Association was formed in 1993, creating a community of 192 single family homes and one multi-family complex, Pinon Valley Townhomes. At the center of the community is a Town of Eagle sports field/park and a bike path winds its way around the community connecting the Terrace to Old Town Eagle and Brush Creek. The Terrace is managed by a professional management firm, Mountain Caretaker, Inc.; directed by a Board of Directors elected by the homeowners.
2022 Important Dates
The annual Terrace community garage sale will be held on Saturday, May 14th. The cleanup day will be held a week later on May 21st with dumpsters located at the Town park. Please do not dispose of hazardous materials, including paint, electronics or tires.

2018 Terrace Homeowner Survey
This survey was conducted by Confluence Research and Training, LLC, in 2018 to help the Board better understand the needs of the community as a whole before undertaking rewriting the Governing Documents.
